Fri Sep 11 We walked into town to get the Alpe Suisi cable car up the mountain and did a circuit over the plateau/Seiser Alm. Desiree and I pet a friendly horse after going through a gate…he clearly was used to people and probably expected a treat! In Saltria we stopped at a cafe for strudel and coffee. Beautiful views of the Sassolungo on the plateau. We are amazed at how much stuff is up here...cabins and big hotels. Once back in town, we got cleaned up and walked to Pizzeria Tennis (again a recommendation by our host) and had a terrific pizza each. They were so big, we both took half of the pizza home!
